Although the LASMA 322 R and LASMA 584 R are identical as far as their basic design features are concerned, the rotary plates and the working areas differ in size. The LASMA 322 R is ideal for cost-efficient welding of smaller parts. The LASMA 584 R comes into its own especially in the welding of larger 2D and 3D workpieces in medium batch sizes. Being equipped with a 2-station rotary indexing table, both of these laser machines are pre-eminently well suited for semi-automatic production. While a workpiece is being processed in the interior, loading/unloading can take place on the other side. The machine frame is a welded steel construction. The X and Y axes are driven by digital, maintenance-free servo motors and are monitored by means of digital measuring systems. On these machines, axis motion takes place in the laser tool. |
