TRUMPF LASERCELL 1005

Modular multi-axis machine system for flexible material processing with the laser

TRUMPF LASERCELL 1005
+ TRUMPF LASERCELL 1005

Category 3D laser cutting machine
Product TRUMPF LASERCELL 1005
Application fields Cutting, welding, surface treatment
Lasers TruFlow lasers from 2000 watts to 12000 watts

Solid-state lasers with up to 8000 watts

The TRUMPF LASERCELL 1005 combines precision mechanical engineering of high dynamics with high-powered laser technology.

With the various table concepts available – from a simple 3D table all the way to an automated motorized pallet solution – versatile tasks can be realized in laser material processing. An integrated rotary axis further expands the machining spectrum. A precise system solution specifically tailored to your requirements is therefore possible.

Mature machine technology is incomplete without a powerful and simple programming system. Besides Teaching, offline programming is also possible with TruTops Cell. TRUMPF supports linkage to other 3D programming systems as well.

1   Acc. to VDI/DGQ 3441 – Measured over a length of 1m. The accuracy attainable in the part depends, amongst other things, on the type of workpiece, its pre-treatment, material thickness, sheet size and its position in the work area. Due to the modular concept of the TRUMPF LASERCELL 1005, the technical data are based on different component variations resulting from the chosen options.
