TRUMPF offers a global laser service. Laser specialists carry out installation and start-up of the systems as well as on-site instruction of the customer. Furthermore they provide extensive consulting on laser safety.

With the quick start-up, TRUMPF in no way considers the service for the customer as completed: even after the start-up, the enterprise is at the customer's disposal via service hotlines and after prior agreement all around the clock.

 
Preventive maintenance is an important part of TRUMPF service. Maintenance concepts, according to special customer requirements, increase availability of the systems. All maintenance checks are carried out by experienced service specialists.

The TRUMPF Service Information Systems enables a fast and safe data transfer. From each service base, all laser data can be called up from the worldwide installations.
