TruLaser Station 5004
The TruLaser Station 5004 is based on an entirely new machine concept.
For the first time in laser processing, the optical stereo microscope has been replaced
by an electronic stereo microscope. When the workpiece is fully presented threedimensionally, numerous benefits result with regard to compactness and ergonomics. The laserproof housing is standard.
The TruLaser Station 5004 enables welds to be realized with great precision – together with long travel distances and high workpiece weights at the same time. All linear movements
are carried out by the laser beam. The workpiece is not moved. This is only made possible in the first place by uncoupling of the microscope
and the laser beam. |

Tools of any size in any position can be processed with the TruLaser Station 5010. The easy handling of the TruLaser Station 5010 enables the operator to weld any shape independant of the size or the position of the workpiece without any need for alignment.
For further simplification of the handling system, a controlled turning axis and a welding bench with a rotating plate are available. When several parts have to be welded in the same manner, the TruLaser Station 5010 can be programmed with ease. |
