Products TruMicro 3040, TruMicro 3140
Application fields Micro processing: Cutting, Structuring, Ablating, Drilling
Integration Integration into the laser workstation TruLaser Station 3002, product lines or into special machines

The lasers of the TruMicro Series 3000 find applications wherever controlled, highly precise and repeatable ablating of material is required – whether it's cutting, structuring, ablating or drilling.

The new innovative solid-state lasers have been precisely tailored to the processing tasks of the micro production:

  • Diffraction limited beam quality
  • Short pulses from 10 to 80 ns
  • Variable from pulse to pulse
  • Highest pulse energy stability and medium power
  • Highest stability of beam location and beam form
The result: highest precision and reproducibility in industrial environments.

TL Q lasers are suited for processing semiconductors, ceramic materials and all types of metals.

They come in two types: the TruMicro 3040 delivers especially high pulse energies, the TruMicro 3140 achieves repetition rates of up to 200 kHz. Both lasers consist of a laser head and a supply unit.
