Integration into the laser workstation TruLaser Station 3002, product lines or into special machines |
The lasers of the TruMicro Series 3000 find applications wherever controlled, highly precise and repeatable ablating of material is required – whether it's cutting, structuring, ablating or drilling.

The new innovative solid-state lasers have been precisely tailored to the processing tasks of the micro production:
- Diffraction limited beam quality
- Short pulses from 10 to 80 ns
- Variable from pulse to pulse
- Highest pulse energy stability and medium power
- Highest stability of beam location and beam form
The result: highest precision and reproducibility in industrial environments.
TL Q lasers are suited for processing semiconductors, ceramic materials and all types of metals.
They come in two types: the TruMicro 3040 delivers especially high pulse energies, the TruMicro 3140 achieves repetition rates of up to 200 kHz. Both lasers consist of a laser head and a supply unit.
