With the TruLaser Cell 3000, TRUMPF offers something that is so far unique: a highly flexible 5-axis laser machine with which you can two- or three-dimensionally cut and weld. From the prototype through the production of large series, this multi-talented unit displays its superiority. This applies especially to the economical laser machining of small to medium sized components in best quality.

Process reliability and best part quality in 2D and 3D

The VisionLine image processing system automatically recognizes component attributes such as edges or bore holes. It reports necessary corrections and ensures in this way the best part quality and reliable processes even for complex workpieces. For current laser types, machining parameters are stored in tool technology tables. In this way, you cut reliably and minimize your programming effort. The optional "High Accuracy" axis system is new: with a repetition accuracy of only a few micrometers, it turns your machine into a specialist for highly precise fine machining.

Highly productive manufacturing

You can connect different solid state lasers with your TruLaser Cell 3000. This makes highly productive manufacture possible with a wide variety of materials, including even highly reflective materials such as copper and brass. FocusLine Professional automatically adjusts the focal position and focal diameter. In practice, this means: minimum downtimes, maximum flexibility. Thanks to one-cutting-head strategy, you use just one focusing optics unit to cut different material thicknesses. The one-cutting-head strategy is especially useful when you process different jobs with different materials: downtimes and costs are greatly reduced.

Easily automatable

Customer-specific automation for larger quantities can be done easily. You can simultaneously produce and set up in dual station mode with rotational changer. That is a particularly good idea for large quantities. In addition, a loading and unloading position makes it easier to handle components. If you want, robots can even take over the loading and unloading of parts. The TruLaser Cell 3000 is optimally accessible from the side. This also makes it possible to integrate the machine without any problems into complete production lines, including linear transfer and workpiece changing systems. By connecting to the TRUMPF LaserNetwork, you further improve your machine's utilization while working more efficiently and economically.

High degrees of user-friendliness and ergonomics

Thanks to the user-friendly programming, you go quickly from the draft to the finished part. With TruTops Laser, you easily and reliably program cutting jobs in 2D. The program nests different parts optimally. It also chooses the most economical laser power. TruTops Cell programming software helps you with 3D processing. It automatically generates your NC program, reliably and parallel to production. Beyond this, TruTops Cell provides support when you design your fixtures. You can optimize programs directly on the machine using TruTops Cell Basic. With the ergonomic teach panel, you quickly and intuitively program directly on the workpiece. Thanks to utility programs, you create the tool path easily and quickly. You direct the axes by 6-D mouse. While this is done, the integrated display shows you visualizations of all pending actions.

VisionLine

The new VisionLine image processing system automatically recognizes geometry characteristics at the component, such as joint gaps. If need be, the NC program corrects it. For series production, that means: best component quality, time and cost savings.

Lateral lifting doors

For lateral loading and unloading, for example for the connection of to transfer systems or component placement with robots, the TruLaser Cell 3000 can also be equipped with fast automatic lateral lifting doors. The short opening and closing times ensure minimal downtimes and high productivity in the automatic work environment.
