Compact and modular

The TruLaser Cell Series 1000 is very compact. Its modular design enables the system to be adapted to many different machining tasks. It can be used either with CO2 lasers of the TruFlow Series or solid-state lasers of the TruDisk or TruDiode Series. The laser unit is available either free-standing or integrated into the beam guidance system.

Variety

The beam guidance system configuration can be customized: this includes linear axis stroke, working height and working area. Different welding angles lead to a broad range of workpiece design. The system can also be easily automated, and communicates with all conventional interfaces.

Many accessories

A broad range of welding optics with linear or pivot axes, as well as sensor systems to find and trace seams such as SeamLine, extend the product range. An online process monitoring system can easily be integrated, as can wire-feeders.

Laser welding

Laser welded tubes.

A great variety of materials can be used for tube & pipe welding. This includes a wide range of material thicknesses and tube diameters.

Laser welding

Laser welded profiles.

With the creation of profiles, laser welding opens completely new construction possibilities.

Laser welding

Laser welded dual clutch unit.

The laser welds the lamellae support to hub parts. This yields the compact construction of today's modern dual-clutch designs. They are fabricated with a short cycle time and little warp. Up to 12 welds per dual clutch are the standard today.

Laser welding

Laser welded differential gears from the truck and utility vehicle sector.

The case-hardened crown gear is welded to the cast iron housing. Laser welding replaces the screw connection used earlier. This reduces production costs, component weight previously and component size.
