TruLaser Cell 3010

The universal laser machine for 3D processing

The TruLaser Cell 3010 with up to six axes is suitable for 2D and 3D processing of large workpieces. Sample parts and prototypes as well as small and medium series can be welded, cut or drilled with it, economically and precisely.

Solid portal construction of hard stone and glass gauges are the basis for the highly precise travel guidance.

All axes are driven by service-free digital servomotors and ball screws and monitored by high-resolution measurement systems. The generous dimensions guarantee a long service life and high precision.

TruLaser Cell 3008

The laser machine with potential for workpiece transfer upgrade. The TruLaser Cell 3008 is a 3-axis cantilever machine that can be used for automated applications with transfer. The clamping table is attached to the machine frame and can be lowered in three stages. In this way, higher workpieces can also be processed.

The TruLaser Cell 3004 is a compact and stable laser machine for rapid 2D processing of small workpieces and for rotationally symmetrical parts.

The laser machine with integrated rotation changer

The TruLaser Cell 3309 is the appropriate machine for semi-automatic production because it offers workpiece change without downtime. While the workpiece is being processed in the safety enclosure on one side, the other side is freely accessible for loading and unloading. The focusing optic is precisely moved over the standing workpiece with a 3-axis cantilever system.

Compact machine construction with small space requirement

Where space is restricted - for instance on an assembly line - the laser device and the machine can be set up separately.

Various focus settings adapt the laser beam optimally to the processing. For no-warp welding applications, multiple focus settings can be selected in the machine. A uniform attachment system guarantees rapid refitting.

The blanks are held securely in place with pneumatic clamps. The spacing control always provides for the correct focus position.
