The TruLaser Station Series 3000 is intended for economical production of frequently changing small batches.
In various versions, as a rotary indexing table or with automatic lift door, the machines can be adapted to the production task.

The construction of the TruLaser station is modular, so that it can fulfill the requirements of welding technology and general conditions such as batch size.
In addition to being fitted with the automatic lift door, the TruLaser Station 3002 can be set up as a rotary indexing machine, so that workpieces can be inserted without downtime.
Depending on the welding job, the TruLaser Station 3002 can be equipped with fixed focusing optics or scanner optics. The TruLaser Station 3003 is only working with scanner optics.
Both a version with three linear axes and a combination with a rotating axis can be provided.

The TruPulse, TruDisk, TruDiode and TruFiber lasers with a power of max. 1,000 W as well as TruMicro 7050 can be used with the TruLaser Station Series 3000.
