The TruLaser Station 5004 is a compact seated workplace with the following characteristics:Ergonomic
The operator can adjust the view into the microscope, the reach into the work space, and the foot rest, independently of the workpiece.
CompactLaser, welding fume exhaust and inert gas supply are all integrated.
Laser safetyWhen the station is used in closed position, no user measures are necessary.
The controls are very simple to operate. They permit job and joint welding, by hand with a joystick or programmed.
The machines are provided with stereoscopic microscopes so that the machining process can be optimally observed. A monitor can be connected as well. In the TruLaser Station 5004, the integrated camera system is standard.
The workpiece is stationary and the machine adapts to the processing task.
The laser optics does the moving. As a result, precision and travel path are always constant. The long travel paths and high precision make handling simple, usually without repositioning of the workpiece.
Since our laser sources and laser systems are optimally calibrated to each other, you will always find the right laser for your application with TRUMPF.
A programmable rotation axis is available for processing parts with rotational symmetry.
Closeable openings make it possible for long workpieces to project downward outside the work space.
Suitable for workpieces up to 400 kg
The filtered air can be conducted out of the work environment over an optional interface.
Manual job welding for repairing in tool and die making.
