Hotline and Telepresence support
Our specialists are at your service around the clock when you need them, via service hotlines. We support you over the telephone and by connecting to your machine through Telepresence, no matter where in the world you are. All TRUMPF service support stations can call up machine data for the worldwide installation base through the Service Information System.
On-site support
After your machine has been installed and started up, we support you at the start of production. We assure a high degree of machine availability through regular maintenance and quick response to problems. Our specialists will also come to your facility for error diagnosis and process optimization.

Service agreements
We will help you attain superior productivity through high machine availability with a bundle of service offers; from the basic service contract, to various possibilities for application consulting, to a full service agreement. In addition, all contracts contain partial supplementary services that you can combine as needed
